Munir Loya, MD

Internal Medicine – located in Houston, TX & Webster, TX

Dr. Munir Loya completed his Internship in Internal Medicine at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia and residency at St. Luke’s Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been in practice since 2004. He is a Fellow of American College of Physicians and is serving as a Medical Director of Kindred Triumph Hospital, Houston, Texas. Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine, Baylor College of Medicine, Dr. Loya is actively involved in the education of medical students. Practice Philosophy: Dr. Loya believes that prevention with the judicious use of medication and lifestyle changes can prevent many illnesses and their effects on early aging of the body systems. Through testing and risk assessment he is able to advise people on what steps are necessary to make their lives healthier. Good communication and careful follow-up are essential components of medical practice. He enjoys educating patients and encourages them to participate in healthcare decisions.

Dr. Wilette a graduate of Baylor College of Medicine is board certified internist and has been providing physician services in the Gulf Coast area for over 30 years. Dr. Willette conducts his appointments with the personalized care and attention that he would expect for his own family. He is sensitive to the uniqueness of each patient’s situation and adapts his consultations and treatment options appropriately to accommodate individual needs and concerns.

Diedra Troutman, FNP

Diedra Troutman is a certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine, she is dedicated to providing comprehensive and patient-centered care to adults. With over 14 years as a RN and over 3 years of experience as a NP, she focuses on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and addressing diverse health concerns. She is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients, ensuring they receive personalized care tailored to their individual needs. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and is board certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

C Taylor Pence, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C

Catherine Pence is the Nurse Practitioner at Coastal Medical Group. Her nursing career started when she graduated from George Mason University in 2012 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has subsequently worked as a registered nurse at Georgetown University Hospital on the Neuro/Stroke unit for two years, and from there moved to Austin where she worked on an intermediate care unit. A calling for further education brought her to Houston, where she worked at Memorial Hermann as a registered nurse on the trauma service line. She then started her graduate degree at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She graduated from UTMB in December 2018, and started with Coastal Medical Group in April of 2019.
